A fixed fee based on scope and complexity — confirmed in writing before any work begins. Not a percentage of what you spend with suppliers.
Our incentive is to find you the right supplier, not the most expensive one.
Day Rates for Inspections
Priced by inspection type and duration. Written quote provided before booking. Payment required before the inspection takes place.
No hidden fees. No surprises after booking.
Fixed Coordination Fees
A fixed fee per shipment type covering our freight management service. Actual freight costs are passed through at cost with the original forwarder invoice.
We never add a margin to freight. What you pay is what we paid.
Fee integrity

We do not accept commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from suppliers, freight providers, or any third party. Our only income is the fee agreed in your scope document.
