How We Work — From First Contact to Delivery

A Structured Process From Consultation to Delivery

Every engagement follows the same five-stage methodology. You know exactly what happens, what it costs, and what you will receive before work begins.

01

Free Consultation

Contact us via Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, or email.

We listen carefully, ask the right questions, and give you an honest assessment of how we can help.

No commitment. No payment. Just a clear conversation.

02

Scope & Agreement

We prepare a written Service Scope document confirming exactly what we will do, the timeline, and the fee — in plain English.

You review, ask questions, and sign off.

Work begins only after you are satisfied with the scope and the deposit is received.

We respond within 1 business day (CST / AEST).

03

We Handle China

Our China-based team manages everything on the ground.

Supplier research and communication in Mandarin. Factory inspections. Freight booking and documentation.

You do not need to speak Mandarin, understand Chinese business practices, or know how to read a Bill of Lading. That is our job.

04

Regular Updates

You receive a structured update at every key milestone.

Every update is in plain English with clear next steps. You always know where your project stands without needing to chase us for information.

05

Delivery & Completion

Your goods arrive as documented.

We issue a project completion summary and remain available for follow-up. We are building a long-term relationship, not completing a one-off transaction.

Our Commitment

No hidden fees.
No supplier commissions.

Everything confirmed in writing before work begins.
